Tele-Health
Due to the current circumstances we have decided to move all non-emergency patient interactions to an online video platform. Patients can access this platform from any phone, tablet, or computer with a built in forward facing camera.
Through these video calls we are able to:
Assess the severity of new injuries and direct you into conservative care or emergency care
Follow up with any currently managed injury/condition.
Email videos of rehab exercises and stretches to all patients who require them.
Guide you through at home soft tissue work with the assistance of a foam roller or lacrosse ball (or a willing partner with strong thumbs)
